(4) Machine monitoring and status time statistics

The machine is divided into 10 states such as vulcanization, shutdown, material waiting, mold change, and maintenance. The barcodes are coded separately, and the state of the machine is obtained by scanning the status barcode with a wireless handheld terminal to realize machine monitoring. The vulcanizer scans the machine number bar code and status bar code, selects the reason for shutdown or maintenance and then confirms to change the machine status. (6) Product quality feedback
